The entries must be sent via FIS on-line system by the respective National Ski Associations, within the deadlines set by FIS.
- 42 days before the first competition (7th August 2026): deadline for sending preliminary entries and accommodation requests
- 8 days before the first competition (10th September 2026): deadline for sending entries
Only competitors with an active FIS Code and entered by the NSA are allowed to participate in FIS Roller Ski World Cup.
Race Office
The Race Office dedicated to the Rollerski competitions is located at the “Tabià Moco”, inside the same building as the local bank “Cassa Rurale di Fiemme” in Ziano di Fiemme, and will be open at the following times:
- Thursday: 16:00 – 19:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 19:00
- Sunday: 08:00 – 15:00
Teams Captain Meeting
The TCM (Team Captains' Meeting) room for the Roller Ski competitions is in Ziano di Fiemme, on the first floor of the “Tabià del Moco”, above the Cassa Rurale di Fiemme bank, at Piazza IV Novembre, 4.
Bibs
The bibs for each competition will be delivered directly in the start area.
The distribution of roller skis will take place in the athletes’ area located at the start zone.
For the Team Sprint competition in free technique of Sunday 20th September, LOC will provide skating roller skis. For the Mass Start competition in classic technique of Friday 18th September, LOC will provide classic roller skis.
Official provider: FF Skis – Norway. Please refer to the company for any further information regarding the provided rollerski.
All roller skis will be marked. Athletes or teams are not allowed to make any adjustments of skis or wheels including lubrication. In all the competition the distribution of roller skis will be done 15 minutes before the start of each category (see details on the official program). At the end of the race, roller skis must be returned.
For the Individual sprint competition, teams have to use their own skating rollers ski, with free wheels. The roller skis of the teams must be in compliance with FIS rules:
- roller skis have to be commercially available.
- the distance between roller ski axles cannot be less than 530 mm
- the wheel diameter cannot be more than 100 mm
- ski boots must be attached to roller skis using ski bindings
Shuttle
Teams travelling by plane have the possibility to get free transportation from/to the competition venue, according to the following conditions:
- the LOC can offer only one free of charge transfer per team from the official airport to the venue and one from the venue to the airport
- The deadline for reserving the transport from the airport to Val di Fiemme and from Val di Fiemme to the airport is 04.09.2025
- the official airports are VERONA, VENEZIA and BERGAMO.
We will try to accommodate the teams mostly in Ziano di Fiemme, in order to allow the participants to reach the competition site by foot.
No shuttle service in the valley will be organised by the OC.
How to reach Val di Fiemme
Val di Fiemme is located in the Trentino region of northern Italy, in the heart of the Dolomites. Here are the main ways to reach the valley:
By plane: The nearest airports are:
- Verona (VRN) – 160 km
- Venice (VCE) – 190 km
- Bergamo (BGY) – 250 km
By train: The closest major train station is Trento. From Trento, regular bus connections (Trentino Trasporti) are available to Cavalese, Predazzo, and other towns in Val di Fiemme.
Coming by car:
- From north: Austria - Brenner Pass - Bolzano - Val di Fiemme
- From east: Slovenia - Trieste - Belluno - Val di Fiemme
- From south: Venezia - Verona - Trento - Val di Fiemme
- From west: Milano - Verona - Trento - Val di Fiemme
Tolls required on Highways.
Teams/athletes will be accommodated in hotels of a good standard in the village of Ziano di Fiemme and Predazzo.

The LOC won’t be responsible for teams that decide to take care personally of their own accommodation arrangements.
Deadline for bookings
Within 08th August 2026 (same deadline also for sending the preliminary entries), the quantity of double and single rooms requested, as well as arrival/departure days must be communicated
As soon as the Official Incoming Agency receives the requests, a detailed offer will be sent to the NSA.
Payment
Teams will pay directly in their hotels.
Cancellation Fee
Until 13 days before the first competition teams can change (cancel) their bookings by adapting the preliminary entry.
Cancellation (entire team or only some rooms) after 12 days before the first competition leads to full payment for the accommodation.

In case of an emergency, please call 112, the single emergency number.
Pharmacies
Several pharmacies are available in the Val di Fiemme area. Standard opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30 / 15:30 – 19:00 Sunday and public holidays: Closed (except for the duty pharmacy)

Treatment of Personal Data and Use of Images
All personal data sent with the entries by each NSA can be used by the Organiser, according to art. 13 and 14 of the G.D.P.R. (EU Rules 679/2016 about treatment of personal data). The OC will use these personal data only for purposes related to competition, and they will not be given out to third parties. By entering the competition, participants allow the organizing committee, its partners and media in general, to use images in which he/she appears, taken on the occasion of his/her participation in the competition, on any media including promotional and/or advertising documents, all over the world.
