WAXING CABINS E CHANGING ROOMS
The Waxing Cabins are avaible from Friday 2nd January 8 a.m. in the new underground section of the Cross Country Stadium in Lago di Tesero. For entering the Team Area every person must exhibit the accreditation.
You can get the keys of the cabins at the info point of the athletes’ area. A 50 € deposit is requested for the keys. The deposit is fully refundable if the wax cabin is clean and intact. When you give the key back, staff will give you the deposit back unless something is damaged.
A garbage drop-off point will be organised where the teams have to leave all their garbage every day.
WAXING TRUCKS
The teams must communicate to the OC their requests (parking size, power supply, etc.) for the waxing trucks. Please consider that also the drivers must show the accreditation to enter the team area.
IMPORTANT: The access for trucks to the team area, will be open from Friday, January 2nd at 08:00.
The WAX TRUCK AREA will be in the same area as last year.
*Who comes before that date, has to park the truck outside the stadium (in the parking area on right side immediately after the bridge)
SRS
Members of the companies (SRS) have the opportunity to book their waxing cabins by November 8th according to the following criteria (regardless of the duration):

Category 1 SRS members have the right to book a waxing cabin (15 m²) free of charge;

Category 2 SRS members have the right to book half a waxing cabin (shared with another company) free of charge, or to book their own cabin for CHF 450;

Category 3 SRS members have the right to book a waxing cabin (15 m²) for CHF 900. If a company requires additional space, it is possible to book an extra cabin (15 m²) for CHF 900.
Companies that have booked a waxing cabin and do not show up will be charged a financial penalty of CHF 900 per cabin. Companies must book the cabins according to the preliminary booking deadlines stated in Art. 4.2. The overall coordination of the bookings is carried out by SRS.
SRS members arriving with a waxing vehicle and requiring a power supply will be charged CHF 100 per World Cup event (regardless of the duration). Companies must communicate their requirements (parking size, power supply, etc.) for the vehicle to the OC (beatrice.delvai@fiemmeworldcup.com)
