We are pleased to announce that, starting 13 July 2026, the Predazzo Olympic Ski Jumping Stadium will officially open its facilities for training sessions to national and international teams.

Following the hosting of the Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined competitions during the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the venue now stands as one of the most modern and well-equipped training centres in the world, offering state-of-the-art facilities and the highest technical standards.

Teams wishing to book training sessions can do so by completing the booking form below and following the indicated procedure.

RULES & REGULATIONS

The Olympic Ski Jumping Stadium G. Dal Ben in Predazzo is managed by Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 S.r.l., which coordinates all activities and ensures the proper operation of the facilities and services. These regulations set out the conditions for access to and use of the venue during the 2026 summer season. Access to the stadium and use of its facilities and services imply full knowledge and acceptance of these regulations.

All users are required to use the facilities responsibly and to behave respectfully towards other users, staff members and the venue. Users must comply with all instructions given by stadium personnel and observe the safety rules applicable to the different areas.

These regulations are valid from the date of publication and remain valid until revised or replaced.

For organizational, technical, or safety reasons, the management company reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. Any published update shall fully replace all previous versions.

Access to the ski jumping hills and training areas is subject to mandatory registration and booking through the form available on the official Fiemme World Cup website.

For organizational purposes, booking requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the requested training time. Training sessions scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of the following week must be registered by 1:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.

Use of the ski jumping hills is permitted only upon authorization from the management company.

The management company reserves the right to modify opening hours for technical, organizational, or safety reasons.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card at the stadium office and must be settled at the end of the training session or training period.

Evening training sessions requiring lighting are subject to an additional fee of €100.00 per session. This amount will be shared among the present teams. Requests for lighting must be made at the time of booking.

Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel or modify a training session if the minimum number of four registered and present athletes within the same training time slot is not reached. In such cases, the affected teams will be informed promptly and alternative solutions will be arranged, subject to facility availability.

5.1 TEAM AREA

Depending on the number of athletes present, each team will be assigned one or more dedicated changing rooms. Keys for changing rooms and service cabins may be collected from the stadium office upon payment of a refundable deposit of €50.00 per key.

At the end of each training session, users must ensure that lighting and heating systems in the changing rooms are switched off in order to promote responsible use of resources and ensure proper facility operation.

Two shared service cabins are available for equipment preparation and ski waxing activities. For safety reasons and proper space management, all waxing and equipment preparation activities must be carried out exclusively within the designated cabins. Such activities are therefore not permitted inside the changing rooms.

After use, changing rooms and cabins must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition in which they were found.

Restroom facilities are available in the house located in the athlete area and within the start towers of the hills.

 

5.2 TEAM AREA

Access conditions and capacity:

Use of the gym is restricted to authorized athletes during the official stadium training hours. To prevent interference between different organizations and ensure user safety, access is subject to compliance with the maximum occupancy limits established by Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 S.r.l. The simultaneous presence of multiple teams must be planned and authorized during the booking process.

Supervision and obligations of user organizations:

Each training session must take place under the constant supervision and responsibility of the official coach or accompanying technical team member. National federations and sports teams guarantee that all participating athletes possess a valid medical fitness certificate and adequate accident insurance coverage. The coaching staff are responsible for supervising the correct execution of training activities.

Equipment compliance and maintenance:

Before the start of each session, the responsible coach must carry out a visual inspection of the equipment and immediately report any anomaly or defect to stadium staff. The use of equipment showing obvious defects or not compliant with the manufacturer's intended use is strictly prohibited.

Facility condition after use:

After use, all equipment must be returned to its designated storage area. The gym must be left clean and tidy. Any costs incurred for repairing damage resulting from negligence, carelessness, or improper use will be charged directly to the responsible parties.

Each training session must be conducted under the supervision of an official coach responsible for the group.

Before training begins, the coach, together with the facility manager, shall inspect the condition of the ski jumping hill and immediately report any anomaly or defect to stadium staff.

In case of thunderstorms, adverse weather conditions, technical failures, or any situation that may compromise user safety, training activities must be suspended immediately.

The stadium is equipped with a hill lift system and the internal elevator of the HS141 tower.

Use is permitted only during official training hours and in accordance with staff instructions.

Users are requested to wait for the normal response time of the elevator and must not force doors or buttons.

The following actions are prohibited:

·         blocking doors with hands, feet, or objects;

·         tampering with safety devices;

·         jumping or causing oscillation of the elevator cabin;

·         exceeding the maximum permitted passenger capacity;

·         using the facilities for purposes other than those authorized.

Any damage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible parties.

Stadium personnel are responsible for coordinating all sporting activities within the facility.

All users must behave appropriately and show respect for the facilities and for other persons present.

Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers in accordance with municipal regulations.

Fences and barriers can only be opened with prior authorization from staff. Climbing over fences or gates, or entering unauthorized areas, is strictly prohibited.

Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited inside buildings, elevators, and technical areas.

The internal stadium road is also used by pedestrians and cyclists, therefore, all users are required to proceed with the most caution.

All users must use the stadium facilities, systems, and equipment with the highest level of care and diligence.

The management company reserves the right to charge responsible parties for any costs resulting from damage, malfunctions, or extraordinary cleaning operations caused intentionally or through negligence. In particularly serious cases, temporary or permanent exclusion from the facility may also be imposed.

Allocation of responsibilities:

Access to and use of the facilities take place under the direct responsibility of users, their respective sports clubs, and national and international federations with regard to sporting activities, athlete conduct, and technical supervision. Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 S.r.l. is responsible for the proper operational management and regulatory compliance of the facilities and infrastructure, within the limits established by the cooperation agreement with the Municipality, which owns the premises. The management company shall not be liable for damage to, theft of, or loss of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Insurance requirements:

Each sports club or federation is required to provide adequate insurance coverage for third-party liability (TPL), personal accident insurance for all athletes, coaches, and authorized accompanying personnel accessing the venue. Insurance policies must be valid and appropriate to the specific risks associated with the disciplines practiced. Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to request proof of insurance coverage at any time during the booking or accreditation process.

Accident reporting and management procedure:

Any accident, injury, or emergency occurring within the stadium must be reported immediately to the facility staff in order to activate emergency procedures and assistance services without delay. The coach responsible for the group shall cooperate with the management company in preparing an immediate incident report describing the event. The report, signed by the parties involved, shall include a description of the circumstances of the incident and verification of the condition of the facilities and equipment at the time of occurrence, for the protection of all respective employers and organizations.
