Team Informations

From Friday 11th till Sunday 13th December, the teams, and SRS will have a catering service at their disposal, free of charge, at the Cross Country Stadium inside the athletes lounge.
To get food in the team area, they must sign up in the FIS online system.

Here’s the opening times:

• Friday 11th December 8.00 - 16.00
• Saturday 12th December 8.00 - 16.00
• Sunday 13th December 8.00 - 14.00

A hot meal (a first course of pasta or lasagna or soup) will be served from 11.30 to 14.00 on the opening days at the Cross Country Stadium.

Daily Buffet

Both at the Ski Jumping Stadium and Cross Country Stadium, a daily buffet will be served in the opening hours: small sandwiches, fresh fruits, biscuits, energy bars, chocolate, water bottles. Hot tea and coffee will be served on request.

Waxing Facilities
The deadline for the reservation of additional waxing cabins is on 13.11.26; late reservation will not be taken into consideration.
A 50 € deposit is requested for the keys. The deposit is fully refundable if the wax cabin is clean and intact. When you give the key back, staff will give you the deposit back unless something is damaged.

Wax cabins for Team
For entering the Team Area every person must exhibit the accreditation.
You can get the keys of the cabins in the athletes’ area.
The teams must communicate to the OC their requests (parking size, power supply, etc.) for the waxing trucks. Please consider that also the drivers must show the accreditation to enter the team area.
IMPORTANT: The access for trucks to the team area, will be open from Wednesday 11nd December at 15:00.

SRS
SRS members will have the following rights for wax cabins (independent of duration):

• SRS members cat. 1 have the right to order 1 wax cabin (15m²) free of charge.
• SRS members cat. 2 have the right to order 1/2 wax cabin (1 cabin shared with another company) free of charge or the right to order their own cabin for CHF 450.
• SRS members cat. 3 have the right to order a cabin (15m²) for CHF 900.

If an SRS member needs additional capacity, the company can order an additional cabin (15m²) for CHF 900. A financial penalty (CHF 900 per cabin) will be applied to the company which have ordered waxing cabin and not shown up. The companies must order the cabins according to the preliminary booking deadlines stated in art. 4.2.

The accreditations for teams/staff/technicians/officials/coaches/SRS, like in the past seasons, will be prepared importing all the data from the entries made through the FIS online system, so no accreditation request will be necessary for all the people that sent the online FIS registration.
Season accreditations are valid in Val di Fiemme. People that need LOC Accreditation will have to pick it up at the accreditation office on the following days.
There will be a main accreditation center in the Ski Jumping Stadium in Predazzo and a sub center in the Cross Country Stadium in Tesero.

Teams/staff/technicians/officials/coaches/SRS will need the accreditation to enter the Team Area.
Together with teams’ accreditation you will also get the Team parking pass that you need, but please consider that season parking passes are valid too.
