  • Personnel selection for potential future employment (data under point 2-a);
  • Contact purposes related to the execution and management of the contract (data under point 2-a and 2-b);
  • Fulfillment of obligations connected with the establishment, management, and termination of employment or collaboration, including volunteer activities (data under point 2-a and 2-b);
  • Management and processing of attendance records for salary payments (data under point 2-a and 2-b);
  • Compliance with social security, welfare, and insurance obligations, including supplementary ones (data under point 2-a and 2-b);
  • Handling procedures required by current regulations on workplace safety, health surveillance, and data protection (data under point 2-a and 2-b);
  • Management of any disputes (data under point 2-a).

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the establishment, management, and termination of the employment relationship. Specifically, processing is aimed at fulfilling legal obligations arising from the employment contract and exercising specific rights of the Data Subject in employment law, as provided by EU law, national laws, or other regulatory sources.

For the above purposes, providing data is mandatory. Failure to provide, or partial or inaccurate provision of such data, will prevent Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 s.r.l. from fulfilling legal obligations necessary for concluding and executing the contract.

  • b) Performance of a contract

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to managing the relationship between the Company and its Directors. Specifically, processing is aimed at fulfilling legal obligations arising from the appointment.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. DATA PROCESSINF METHODS AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

In relation to the stated purposes, personal data are processed using manual, IT, and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, and in any case in a manner that ensures data security and confidentiality in compliance with applicable regulations.

There are no automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

5. CATEGORIES OF THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED

Nordic Ski WM Val di Fiemme 2003 s.r.l. may communicate your personal data to the following categories:

  • Public bodies institutionally responsible for functions related to employment (e.g., INPS, INAIL, Provincial Labour Office, etc.);
  • Entities responsible for supplementary, complementary, and healthcare assistance on a contractual basis;

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be processed for the purposes indicated in section 3 for the time necessary to manage the procedure and for archiving purposes in the public interest.

In particular:

  • Contact and employment management purposes: 10 years pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code for civil and tax compliance. Payroll-related documents are retained for 10 years from the termination of employment;
  • Personnel selection purposes: 2 years from receipt of the CV.

Retention periods may be extended if necessary to protect the Company’s legal rights.

7. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

The collected data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

As a Data Subject, you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679:

Right of access, rectification, completion, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
