Two more days of races. A Team Sprint scheduled tomorrow from 10.00 AM

The first race of the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup weekend in Italy's Val di Fiemme kicked off this morning and it's been an exciting Individual Gundersen race.

The Norwegian squad showed incredibile jumping skills from the very beginning, flying the highest and the longest from the HS 135. Jarl Magnus Riiber gained 143.9 points and finished first ahead of yesterday's best jumper Espen Andersen and Joergen Graabak (+ 12 seconds)

In the XC skiing part, the Norwegian trio pushed even harder and Graabak grew the gap minute after minute. He crossed the finish line first and all alone, while Rydzek and Klapfer gained meters ahead of the remaining contestants. The German eventually got rid of Klapfer almost on the photo finish.

A Team Sprint event is scheduled tomorrow from 10.00 AM (SJ section), while the XC Skiing part will take place at the XC Skiing Arena in Lago di Tesero at 3.45 PM.
