WAXING CABINS & CHANGING ROOMS
WAXING FACILITIES SKI JUMPING STADIUM
- Available from: from 8:00 a.m. of Thursday 6th. January.
- For entering the athletes’ zone every person must exhibit the local accreditation.
- You can get the keys of the cabins at the info point of the athletes’ area.
- Parking cards will be delivered together with the accreditation.
- Waxing trucks: if there should be teams arriving with trucks, they must inform the OC before 11/12/2021; the teams must inform the OC about size, power, and special needs for the trucks. The trucks will be allowed to park inside the team area only starting from 8:00 a.m. of Thursday 6th. January. For this reason, if you come earlier than 6th. January, you must park the truck outside the stadium.
Please consider that also the drivers must follow the same accreditation procedure as the team staff.
- If some SRS members are coming with a waxing truck and requiring power, they must communicate to the OC: info@fiemmeworldcup.com, the needs of their vehicle (size, power supply…) within 11/12/2021.
- Teams are responsible for a daily cleaning of their cabin. The LOC will supply every cabin with proper cleaning tools.
- A garbage drop-off point will be organised where the teams will have to leave all their garbage every day.
WAXING FACILITIES CROSS COUNTRY STADIUM
- Wax cabins: available from: from 8:00 a.m. of Thursday 6th. January.
- For entering the athletes’ zone (Frade) every person must exhibit the local accreditation.
- You can get the keys of the cabins at the info point of the athletes’ area.
- Parking cards will be delivered together with the accreditation.
- Waxing trucks: teams arriving with trucks must inform the OC before 11/12/2021; the teams must inform the OC about size, power, and special needs for the trucks. The trucks will be allowed to park inside the team area only starting from 8:00 a.m. of Thursday 6th. January. For this reason, if you come earlier than 6th. January, you must park the truck outside (in the parking on right side immediately after the bridge).
Please consider that also the drivers must follow the same accreditation procedure as the team staff that is.
